The Normanby Room is available for hire so why not create lasting memories in a unique setting?  With a range of flexible options, including refreshment packages to suit all tastes and budgets, it’s easy to build the perfect plan.

We’ve learned that no two bookings are ever the same so we’re ready, willing and able to help you create a very special event.

GUIDED TOUR AND REFRESHMENT PACKAGES

10am to 4pm | minimum 8 guests | refreshments in the Normanby Room

Standard guided tour:  £15 per person

Guided tour with sit down light buffet lunch:  £30 per person

MEETING ROOM HIRE: Host your meeting in the Normanby Room

£100 per hour

EVENING EVENTS 

7pm to 11pm | minimum 15 guests

Drinks and canapés: Room hire: £300 | Canapes: price on application | Corkage: £3.50 per person

Evening buffet: Room hire: £300 | Corkage: £3.50 per person

Dinner: Room hire: £300 | Corkage: £3.50 per person

Booking caterers for evening buffet and dinner options is the responsibility of the customer but the provider must be approved by the museum’s Marketing & Events Manager or CEO.

To gain approval, caterers must visit the museum to view the facilities.  The museum can provide a list of caterers who have worked at the museum on previous occasions.
