Talks are back

Our much loved Museum Talks series makes a welcome return, and we’re online.

We’re live-streaming our talks, so you can join us from wherever you live.

We’ve got six talks in the pipeline, running through to March.  Dip into our collection of personal papers, explore our special exhibition, meet a forgotten war poet, discover the role of a local soldier in shaping the Middle East, spot the clues revealing Richmond’s rich military heritage and savour the various sounds of conflict.  Talks cost £5 each.

The talks will be broadcast with a live question and answer session at the end, just like our usual Museum Talks events.  We’ll make sure they are as intimate and engaging as you’ve come to expect, even though you can’t be in the building with us.  The only difference is that you won’t have a slightly numb bum from the Normanby Room chairs.

If you’ve never booked an online talk, don’t worry, we’ve made it so easy.  Browse the talks then access the booking link and off you go.
