The Green Howards Museum is proud to announce the accolade of VisitEngland Quality Assured Visitor Attraction.
The VisitEngland Visitor Attraction Quality Scheme offers prospective visitors the reassurance of an official endorsement standards for visitor attractions.
Visits by the assessors are anonymous to allow attractions to be assessed as part of their usual day to day operation without pre-preparing or staging.
The Visit England Report stated:
‘The Green Howards Museum has achieved an impressive score of 92% at the time of this assessment and has comfortably retained the VisitEngland accreditation of a quality visitor attraction. Highlights of the visit were numerous and included the excellent customer service, well presented galleries and quality retail offer’
The Green Howards Museum is located within the Trinity Church building in the centre of Richmond’s market place and offers an extensive events programme throughout the summer for families as children under 16 go free until 5th September.
